Pepco is to provide relevant background materials for this technical conference atleast three (3) days prior to the conference. Parties can also provide supplemental presentations to address the issues for the third technical conference.

The technical conference will be facilitated and hosted by Commission Staff and will convene virtually via Webex on Thursday, January 20, 2022, commencing at 10:00 a.m. By February 17, 2022, Pepco is to file a report with the Commission explaining any proposals and recommendations made by Pepco and the Parties at the conference and a final or consensus recommended course of reforming the BSA.

If the Parties BSA Technical Conferences fail to achieve a consensus recommended course of action, any Party may file its recommendations within 15 business days of the filing of Pepco’s report.
