Performance and Strategic Business Plans

Overview

Performance planning is the foundation of how the DCPSC operates and evaluates its work. Along with other District government agencies, the DCPSC develops a performance plan at the start of each fiscal year. This performance plan describes new initiatives that improve the quality of services the Commission offers and highlights metrics that meaningfully gauge their progress against goals.

The DCPSC also develops Performance Accountability Reports at the end of each fiscal year that summarize accomplishments and report on whether or not the Commission met the targets set forth in the performance plan for that year.
