Former members of the CIWG interested in continuing their membership, and any other persons interested in becoming members of the CIWG, should notify the Commission within 10 days from the date of this Notice of their intent to do so by sending an email, which shall include the participant’s name, contact information, and organization, if applicable, to psccommissionsecretary@dc.gov – subject “FC 1130 Customer Impact Working Group Membership.”
