The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia approved five action items at its April 22, 2020 Open Meeting.

The matters include:

1. Formal Case No. 988, the Order regarding Verizon Washington DC Inc.’s 2020 District of Columbia Universal Service Trust Fund Surcharge. Order No. 20331, approved Verizon Washington, DC Inc’s District of Columbia Universal Service Trust Fund 2020 surcharge.

2. Formal Case No. 1144, the Order regarding the Potomac Electric Power Company’s Proposed Formats for the Quarterly and Annual Reports. Order No. 20332, approved the Potomac Electric Power Company’s quarterly and annual report formats for the quarterly and annual reports to be submitted during Phase I of the Capital Grid Project.

3. Formal Case Nos. 1115, 1142, and 1154, the Order regarding the Procedural Schedule Proposed by the Office of the People’s Counsel/Intervenors. Order No. 20333, adopted the procedural schedule proposed by the Office of the People’s Counsel for the District of Columbia (“OPC”) and intervenors for considering Washington Gas Light Company’s PROJECT pipes 2 plan.

4. RM9-2020-01, the Order and Notice regarding the Amendments to Chapter 9, “Net Energy Metering” , of Title 15 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. Order No. 20334, adopted the rule amendment in Chapter 9 of Title 15 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations.

5. Electric Tariff 00-2, Notice regarding the Potomac Electric Power Company’s Updated Rider Public Space Occupancy Surcharge. Order No. 17518, approved Pepco’s public space occupancy surcharge rider.
