Kristen Benjamin Randolph

Kristen Benjamin RandolphKris Randolph joined the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia on July 27, 2015 as a Consumer Education and Outreach Specialist in the Office of Consumer Services. Ms. Randolph comes to the Commission with more than 15 years’ experience in outreach. She has worked on public issue campaigns both locally and nationally.

Prior to joining the Commission, Ms. Randolph served as a Communications and Community Outreach Consultant for the District of Columbia Department of Health (DOH), where she oversaw major projects on compliance and outreach. Ms. Randolph worked with ANCs, local businesses, District agencies, federal partners and other entities to ensure proper compliance of health regulations within the District of Columbia. The work required constant community engagement, partnership and the utilization of new technology.

Ms. Randolph obtained a Bachelors of Art degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Master in Professional Studies in Real Estate Development and Finance from Georgetown University. She also attended the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University obtaining a certificate in Leadership Development.

Ms. Randolph is originally from New York City but now resides in Ward 4. She lives with her husband and daughter. Her hobbies include practicing Krav-maga, a form of martial arts. She also enjoys volunteering through her business school teaching economic literacy to underserved populations.
