DCPSC rules state that only involved parties can speak at the public interest hearing. However, members of the public can attend the hearing in listen-only mode and/or submit written comments about the settlement agreement both before and after the hearing, until February 8, 2021.
 
The proposed Settlement Agreement is available as part of Formal Case No. 1162. Written comments by interested persons may be filed electronically no later than the close of business, February 8, 2021, when the record closes.
