Commission Staff will convene a Technical Conference to discuss Pepco’s Level 1 and Level 2 interconnection performance.

The Commission directed the Commission Staff to convene a technical conference to discuss Pepco’s Level 1 and Level 2 interconnection performance, 3 (2) the questions interested persons want Pepco to address,4 (3) power flow-based studies comments,5 (4) the technical explanation for the denial under 15 DCMR § 4005.4(d)(1),6 and (5) the hosting capacity maps comments.7 The Commission indicated that the Commission Staff could convene additional technical conference meetings as necessary.

Interested persons who will participate in the Formal Case No. 1050 Technical Conference are directed to notify the Commission in writing by email to [email protected] with the subject line “Formal Case No. 1050 Technical Conference” by January 31, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET, providing their name, title, affiliation, email address, phone number, and whether they will attend in person or will need virtual access.
 
Interested persons who wish to participate as a panelist during the Technical Conference should nominate themselves for a particular topic. To self-nominate, please provide the following information by email to [email protected] using the subject line “Nominations for DCPSC Formal Case No. 1050 Technical Conference” by January 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET
 
a. Name, title, affiliation, email address, and phone number.
b. Desired topic(s) and any information they wish to present.
c. Short description (no more than a page) explaining why you should be selected for the panel on the topic(s).
