Zachary previously served as an Assistant Consumers’ Counsel for the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel. Zachary advocated on behalf of Ohio residential utility consumers before the Public Utility Commission of Ohio and the Supreme Court of Ohio.
As an Ohio native, Zachary earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University. He then went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Capital University School of Law in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Zachary has a license to practice law in Ohio and North Carolina. Zachary is new to the DC area and looks forward to exploring the area and all it has to offer.
