The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (DCPSC) today announced that Mayor Muriel Bowser has appointed Commissioner Ted Trabue as the Interim Chairman of the DCPSC, effective August 18, 2026. Commissioner Trabue succeeds former Chairman Emile C. Thompson, who resigned effective August 14, 2026.
