Kris Randolph joined the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia on July 27, 2015 as a Consumer Education and Outreach Specialist in the Office of Consumer Services. Ms. Randolph comes to the Commission with more than 15 years’ experience in outreach. She has worked on public issue campaigns both locally and nationally.
