The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia approved the AltaGas-WGL Holdings Merger on June 29, 2018. In our efforts to keep the public informed regarding AltaGas-WGL Holdings’ Merger Commitments, the Commission has developed a tracking system to monitor and update AltaGas and WGL Holdings’ progress in meeting their 85 commitments.
