The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) hereby gives notice that the Commission will hold a virtual technical conference in PEPPOR-2026-01 and WGPOR-2026-01 on Thursday, July 23, 2026, 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm.

By Order No. 22883, the Commission directed its staff to schedule a technical conference addressing potential changes to the Purchase of Receivables (POR) program in the District of Columbia. This technical conference will address the feasibility of including an administrative adder to the POR discount rate.

All persons interested in commenting on an administrative adder in the POR discount rate may submit written comments not later than Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Comments should be filed with the Commission Secretary at [email protected]. All presentations must be filed with the Commission by Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Parties who plan to attend the presentation must notify the Commission in advance, no later than Wednesday, July 22, 2026, by contacting Hunter Davis at [email protected]. The technical conference will be convened virtually, via Microsoft Teams.
