The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) herebygives notice that the Commission will hold a virtual technical conference in PEPPOR-2026-01 and WGPOR-2026-01 on Thursday, November 5, 2026, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

By Order No. 22883, the Commission directed its staff to schedule a technical conference addressing potential changes to the Purchase of Receivables (POR) program in the District of Columbia. This technical conference will address modeling for a multi-tier discount structure, and the participant’s joint technical conference report to be filed on December 31, 2026.

All persons interested in commenting on a multi-tiered POR discount rate maysubmit written comments not later than Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Comments should be filed with the Commission Secretary at [email protected]. All presentations must be filed with the Commission by Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

Parties who plan to attend the presentation must notify the Commission in advance,no later than Tuesday, November 3, 2026, by contacting Hunter Davis at [email protected]. The technical conference will be convened virtually, via Microsoft Teams.
