The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) herebygives notice that the Commission will hold a virtual technical conference in PEPPOR-2026-01 and WGPOR-2026-01 on Thursday, October 1, 2026, 2:00 pm – 4:00 p.m.

By Order No. 22883, the Commission directed its staff to schedule a technicalconference addressing potential changes to the Purchase of Receivables (POR) program in the District of Columbia. This technical conference will address the feasibility of a tiered POR discount rate to address the disparity in default rates among suppliers.

All persons interested in commenting on a multi-tiered POR discount rate maysubmit written comments not later than Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Comments should be filed with the Commission Secretary at [email protected]. All presentations must be filed with the Commission by Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Parties who plan to attend the presentation must notify the Commission in advance,no later than Tuesday, September 29, 2026, by contacting Hunter Davis at [email protected]. The technical conference will be convened virtually, via Microsoft Teams.
