I. Pursuant to Sections 2-575 (a)(1), 2-575(b)(13) and 2-575(c)(2) of the Open Meetings Act, the Commission scheduled this open meeting to consider formal case matters that require Commission action and to convene a closed session to deliberate on decisions in which the Commission will exercise quasi-judicial functions. The public may attend the open portion of the meeting in the Commission’s Hearing Room located at 1325 G Street, NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005.

1. Formal Case Nos. 1017, 1134, and ET2026-01 – Order regarding the Potomac Electric Power Company’s Proposed Tariff Filing to Amend its Procurement Cost Adjustment Tariff.

VI. Announcements:

1. The Commission will hold a Legislative-Style Hearing in Formal Case Nos. 1017, 1183, and 1186 on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The hearing seeks to discuss key drivers and possible solutions to the recent increases in the generation portion of a residential customer’s bill. The public is invited to attend the in-person conference that will be held in the Commission’s Hearing Room located at 1325 G Street, NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005. The public may also view a live feed of the Legislative-Style Hearing by visiting the Commission’s website at www.dcpsc.org.
