By Order No. 22461, the Commission directed staff to convene three technical conferences with both Washington Gas Light Company (“WGL”) and the Office of People’s Counsel (“OPC”) to both address recurring inconsistencies in data reporting and outline measurable improvements to internal controls.The technical conferences will cover potential improvements to notification and data reporting, record-keeping, technician training, and retention of both the Natural Gas Quality Service Standards (“NGQSS”) and Leak Identification, Detection, and Repair, as well as Odor Complaints (“LIDAROC”).
