On May 20, 2026, the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) issued Order No. 22867 holding in abeyance the Modified District Strategic Accelerated Facilities Enhancement Plan (“Modified District SAFE Plan”), as modified and accepted by the Commission in Order No. 22798. Order No. 22867 also updated Formal Case No. 1179’s procedural schedule to include a pre-hearing conference, should the Commission find an evidentiary hearing necessary. 

The Commission recognizes that it has committed a scrivener’s error in Paragraph 9 of Order No. 22867 by stating that the Pre-Hearing Conference will be held at 10:00 AM.. The correct time of the Conference is 2:00 PM on June 15, 2026.
