The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) herebygives notice of a technical conference in Formal Case No. 1178 scheduled to occur on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to – 11:00 a.m. The technical conference will occur virtually, via Microsoft Teams. The material to be presented may be confidential, and attendance may be restricted to protect the information presented.
By Order No. 22004, the Commission directed Washington Gas Light Company(“WGL”) to prepare materials to present at a technical conference on multiple topics relating to leak management in the District of Columbia.1 This technical conference will address WGL’s use of advanced leak detection technology in the District and provide an update on its use since WGL’s last presentation on this topic at the technical conference on October 3, 2024.
All persons interested in commenting on WGL’s advanced leak detection processesand technology may submit written comments not later than Monday, October 19, 2026. Comments should be filed with the Commission Secretary at
[email protected]. All presentations must be filed with the Commission by Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
Parties who plan to attend the presentation must notify the Commission in advance, no later than Tuesday, October 20, 2026, by contacting Hunter Davis at
