The purpose of this Status Conference is to address any procedural questions related to the remand proceeding and the Revised Procedural Schedule adopted in Order No. 22860.

Please take notice that, pursuant to Order No. 22860 issued on May 8, 2026, the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) scheduled the Status Conference in the above‑captioned proceeding for May 18, 2026. The Commission Staff has since been informed that counsel for one of the parties is unavailable on that date.
