In Order No. 22328, the Commission determined that additional information about the proposed RAD expansion is required before it can be considered. The Commission is also concerned about Pepco’s estimated costs for program expansion, which will be borne by other distribution customers. As a result, the Commission rejected Pepco’s proposed expansion of the Residential Aid Discount (“RAD”) program and directed the UDPE WG to convene within 90 days of the date of the Order and to file a report with its recommendations by July 31, 2025.
