The purpose of the Prehearing Conference is to organize the evidentiary hearing required on remand and to identify, narrow, and clarify the genuine issues of disputed material facts to be resolved.

 The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia hereby provides notice to the Parties and the public that the Pre-Hearing Conference scheduled for October 6, 2026, is being rescheduled to November 17, 2026, and the Evidentiary Hearing scheduled to begin on October 13, 2026, is rescheduled to December 7-8, 2026.
