The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) hereby gives notice that, pursuant to Order No. 22719, at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 20, 2026, the Commission will convene the third Senior Citizen and Disabled Residents Rate Credit (“Rider SCADRRC”) technical conference to evaluate the impact and feasibility of continuing the Rider SCADRRC. The third technical conference will be held virtually.

All persons interested in attending the technical conference shall register with the Commission Secretary by 5 PM EST on Friday, February 13, 2026. Registration can be completed by sending an email to [email protected] or calling (202) 626-5150. Registrants shall use the subject “FC1149 Technical Conference.” Virtual participation instructions will be provided to all registrants before the working group meeting.
