The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) hereby gives notice that the Commission will convene a Standard Offer Service (“SOS”) Working Group meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026.  The SOS Working Group is being convened pursuant to the Commission’s directives in Order No. 228701 and the Commission’s ongoing biennial SOS review.

The SOS Working Group meeting will be held on September 3, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., virtually via Microsoft Teams. The SOS Working Group Meeting will be presided over by the Commission’s Staff and will follow the attached agenda.  The Commission’s staff will file meeting minutes in the above-captioned docket within fifteen (15) days of the meeting. 

All persons interested in commenting on the topics to be discussed by the SOS Working Group may submit additional written comments no later than fourteen (14) days after the Commission’s issuance of this Public Notice.  Comments are to be sent electronically and addressed to Brinda Westbrook-Sedgwick, Commission Secretary, Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia, 1325 G Street N.W., Suite 800, Washington, D.C. 20005.
