I.Pursuant to Sections 2-576(b)(4) and 2-575(a)(4) of the Open Meetings Act, the Commission scheduled this virtual Emergency Open Meeting to consider a formal case matter that requires urgent Commission action. The public may attend the virtual Emergency Open Meeting using the WebEx information below. The public can only view and listen to the Emergency Open Meeting, as all other features will be disabled.
