All persons interested in attending the technical conference shall register with the Commission Secretary by 5 PM EST on Friday, November 7, 2025. Registration can be completed by sending an email to [email protected] or calling (202) 626-5150. Registrants shall use the subject “FC1149 Technical Conference” and indicate whether they will participate in-person or virtually. Additional instructions will be provided before the technical conference to persons who provide notice of their intent to participate virtually.

Any person who is deaf or hard of hearing, who cannot readily understand or communicate in spoken English, or persons with disabilities who need special accommodations to participate in the technical conference must contact the Commission Secretary by the close of business seven (7) days before the date of the technical conference.
