D.C. One Fund
The D.C. One Fund program is the District Government’s workplace giving program. The DCPSC received the D.C. One Fund Award for the highest employee participation for a medium-size agency for charitable donations.

DCPSC Staff Featured in Public Utility Fortnightly Magazine
DCPSC staff were featured on the September cover of Public Utility Fortnightly Magazine and interviewed in the November issue. The magazine covers the electric, natural gas, water, and telecommunications industries. Chairman Betty Ann Kane stated that “We have a very diverse and competent staff of which we are very proud. Our staff do most of the work and get little of the credit! So we are excited to see them recognized by Public Utility Fortnightly magazine.”
Food 2 Feed
DCPSC collects donations to Food 2 Feed Food Driver each year.
For the last eight years, DCPSC staff collects non-perishable food items to donate to the Capital Area Food Bank to feed needy families during the holidays.
