The WebEx Event application will provide a separate link for the Governance Board members allowing them to serve as panelists in the discussion.

Through the moderated WebEx Event only the hosts and the panelists have the ability to speak. The WebEx  "Click here to Register" above will be available to the public and allow the public to register to view the meetings. Through this link, the public can only view and listen in on the discussion as all other features will be disabled.
