Parties seeking to present oral arguments at the July 30 hearing shall file a limited brief of no more than 30 pages identifying the issues to be discussed, including arguments and references to testimony, by July 17, 2024. Each party will have 30 minutes for oral argument, proceeding first with Pepco and the Office of the People’s Counsel for the District of Columbia (OPC).

The other intervenor parties will proceed in alphabetical order. Pepco can reserve no more than 10 minutes of its 30-minute presentation to respond to other Parties’ arguments. Commissioners may ask questions during the oral argument. Witnesses will not need to appear because this will not be an evidentiary hearing. If the Commission determines later that this hearing is unnecessary, the Commission will cancel the hearing and notify the Parties.
