The Commission’s Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE) staff recently completed training with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). Udeozo Ogbue, Chief of OCE and Ahmadou Bagayoko, Pipeline Safety Engineer successfully achieved PHMSA’s 5-year Refresher and Recertification Course on:
- General Pipeline Safety Awareness,
- Hazardous Materials Incident Response, and
- Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response.
The Course was completed at the PHMSA Training and Qualifications Facility in Leak City, Athens, Alabama.
